April 29th - KHBO
Posted on 25. Mar, 2009 by Tom.
Just a quick note to tell you that we’re coming to KHBO April 29th. It looks like it’s going to be a fun presentation again for some marketing & communication students. Would be great if some of the Artevelde students who’ve seen the presentation in the first place can tell us what we can do to improve. So let us hear it, use your voice, communicate,… What did you think about the content, the slides, the presentation? Should we be doing more of something or less of something else?

Rock + Roll Marketing kickoff
Posted on 18. Mar, 2009 by Tom.
It had to start sometime right? We planned on doing this for about a year now. Lots of talking, but nothing was being done… it remained in our heads to be picked up whenever one of us had another ‘idea’. We were staring at a blank page for ages now, it was about time something was getting done! So we threw together all our notes, wrote it all down, looked for the perfect pictures and made it happen!

I still remember the first time we talked about doing this… it was right after group of students came for a guided tour at Kursaal Oostende. Not long after that we hosted the seminar ‘MBA in 1 day’. Not that we thought we could do a better job, but we had so much fun talking to these students and it looked fun doing it on a stage… so why the hell not? We wake up and go to sleep with our work, why not try and poison other people? Trying to inspire people to go into marketing, the good times and the bad. We love it, every second of it.
Tomorrow’s the first time we’ll giving our ROCK+ROLL marketing presentation at a group of students in Ghent. We hope this blog can be a place where people can share ideas. We truly believe there are no bad ideas, the only bad idea is having none. So feel free to send us your stuff, we can keep on learning! We’ll be posting some pictures as soon as possible tomorrownight and you’ll be able to download our slides the next day.
